Seasoned mishkak prepared in local style skewers from New Zealand grass-fed beef with a piece of fat in the middle 30gm per skewer. 4 meat cubes and 1 fat cube. 100% fresh. 100% halal.
Ingredients: Salt, Ginger Powder, Aji Nomoto, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Meat Masala, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice, Tamarind Paste and Sunflower Oil.

Beef Mishkak Rice Bowls
Ingredients:
- 500g Seasoned NZ Beef Mishkak Barbecue Cubes
- 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: sesame seeds, sliced green onions
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the Seasoned NZ Beef Mishkak Barbecue Cubes onto skewers.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Brush the marinade onto the beef skewers, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Grill the beef skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness and has a nice char.
- While the beef is grilling, prepare the rice according to package instructions if you haven't already done so.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced pineapple, diced bell peppers, thinly sliced red onion, chopped cilantro, and chopped mint. Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Once the beef skewers are cooked, remove them from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- To assemble the rice bowls, divide the rice mixture among serving bowls. Top each bowl with the grilled beef mishkak skewers.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired.
- Serve the beef mishkak rice bowls hot and enjoy!
