Kibbeh Nayeh is a traditional delicacy made from finely ground raw meat, typically enjoyed with fresh bread and vegetables. The tender texture and rich flavour make it a favourite among those who appreciate authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.
Ingredients: Low-fat beef, salt, black pepper, Bulgur wheat, cumin powder, pomegranate molasses, sumac powder, and olive oil.

Kibbeh Nayyeh Style Dip
Ingredients:
- 500g Seasoned Lebanese Kibbeh Nayyeh
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread or crackers for serving
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Seasoned Lebanese Kibbeh Nayyeh with finely diced onion, chopped mint, chopped parsley, and toasted pine nuts.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
- Serve the Kibbeh Nayyeh dip in a bowl alongside pita bread or crackers.
Note: This recipe mimics the flavors of traditional Kibbeh Nayyeh but omits the raw meat for safety reasons. It's a safer alternative that still captures the essence of the dish. If desired, you can also add a pinch of ground cumin or sumac for extra flavor. Enjoy this dip as an appetizer or part of a mezze platter!
