This Indian Whole Mutton Carcass is enriched with riboflavin, iron, vitamin B12, zinc, potassium & most importantly protein. We freshly slaughter it for our local meat lovers in 2 of the following cuts or you can ask for a special request!

The listed weight reflects the farm-provided measurement. After Halal processing and trimming, the final usable portion is about 80-85%, with 15-20%as trimmings, which we pack separately. We prioritize quality and transparency in every cut.

The whole carcass consists of two legs, two shoulders, and two ribs. 

Note: Liver and kidney are included. The whole carcass comes without the head and trotters.
