It had great marbling and tender enough to cook quickly in a Tagine. Intend to purchase again in a bigger quantity
Absolutely fantastic. First of all the packaging was on point and the short ribs had really good marbling (which surprised me alot). I cooked the short ribs and they were absolutely tender either grilling, braising or slow cooking. Equal amounts of fat and meat constructed it to be one of the juiciest bites ever. Definitely recommend buying it..
