Frozen Young Turkey 6kg

Premium quality frozen seasoned turkey, carefully prepared for great flavor and tenderness. Each turkey has an average weight of 6 kg and is packed with neck and giblets included. The turkey is seasoned with a mild solution containing up to 9.5% water, salt, sugar, and spices to enhance taste and juiciness during cooking.

Cooking Direction:

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F/165C
2. Removed thawed turkey from the pack
3. Remove the neck from the body cavity and giblets from the neck cavity.
4. Drain the juices from the cavity and blot with a paper towel.
5. Place the turkey breast side up, on the rack in a shallow (3'deep)roasting pan.
   
6. Stuff the neck and body cavity with stuffing if desired. Note: Allow 1/2 cup of stuffing per pound. Return the leg to the untucked position if unstuffed
7. Cook until the meat thermometer reaches 180°F/82C in the thigh and 165°F/74C in the center of the stuffing.
8. When done, let the turkey stand for 15 minutes.

Note: This is a frozen product. Will thaw on route during the delivery process. Please expect a weight variation of +/- 50gm in your packet.
