Mishkak is prepared in local-style skewers from Australian Grass-Fed lamb with two pieces of fat in the middle. Each skewer is 30gm. 5 meat cubes and 2 fat cubes. 100% fresh. 100% halal.

Ingredients: Salt, Ginger Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Meat Masala, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice, Tamarind Paste and Sunflower Oil.

Note: Please expect a weight variation of +/- 15gm in your packet.
